1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Prowex AI Agents Platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Prowex. We may update these Terms from time to time — continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
Prowex is an AI agents platform that enables users to create, configure, and interact with AI-powered agents. The Platform provides tools for agent creation, knowledge base management, third-party integrations (GitHub, Slack, Telegram, MCP servers), and multi-provider LLM support (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google).
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Registration
To use the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Platform to create agents that generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform
- Use the Platform to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Circumvent security measures, rate limits, or access controls
- Share your account credentials with third parties
- Use the Platform to send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited communications
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful files to knowledge bases
- Use agents for automated decision-making in high-risk domains (employment, credit, healthcare) without appropriate human oversight
5. AI-Generated Content
The Platform uses third-party AI models to generate agent responses. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or biases
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI outputs before relying on them
- Prowex does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose
- You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content, including any decisions made based on it
6. Third-Party Integrations
The Platform allows you to connect third-party services (GitHub, Slack, Telegram, MCP servers, etc.). When you connect these services:
- You are responsible for complying with the terms of service and acceptable use policies of those services
- Prowex is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services
- Data shared with third-party services is subject to their respective privacy policies
- You are responsible for managing and revoking access to third-party integrations
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Prowex and protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate using the Platform, including agent configurations, knowledge base documents, and conversation history. By using the Platform, you grant Prowex a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
8. Tool Credentials & Security
When you provide API keys, tokens, or other credentials for third-party integrations, you acknowledge that:
- You are authorized to use and share those credentials with the Platform
- Prowex encrypts all credentials using AES-256-GCM and never stores plaintext values
- You are responsible for rotating credentials regularly and revoking them when no longer needed
- Prowex is not liable for any unauthorized use of credentials that results from your failure to maintain their security
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prowex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.
Prowex's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Prowex in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Prowex does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prowex, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the Platform or contacting us. Prowex may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We will retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention requirements.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
